Carmel Popcorn

3/4 C Sugar
3/4 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C White Karo Syrup
1/4 C Water
1/8 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 C Margarine
Boil about 10 minutes or just barely to soft ball stage
Remove from heat then add:
1 t Soda
1 t Vanilla
Pour over 2 batches of popped corn and mix well
